Why is my Dikablis Professional eye tracker not detected in the Recording Devices?

Please make sure that the USB cable from the Dikablis Glasses Connector Box is plugged into a USB 3.0 port. It is not compatible with USB 2.0
The USB cable must be connected from the Dikablis Glasses to the laptop/tablet first. Then the power supply.
