What do I need to prepare for remote assistance?


Remote assistance for troubleshooting and online training will be done using the TeamViewer software. The TeamViewer client can be downloaded at www.teamviewer.com. Once you have the client installed, please provide your TeamViewer ID and password to your support representative.
