You want to analyse and visualise gathered eye-tracking data in a fast and easy way or also give your customers access to it? Then the free of charge Dikablis Freeware Player with many useful functions is perfect for you. It offers a precisely tailored function volume with which you are able to watch eye-tracking experiments and present them in an impressive way.

With the project browser and experiment browser, recorded eye-tracking data can be searched. For an optimum overview the data and information which were put in at the project definition and the experiment definition are displayed in an information window.

Eye-tracking experiments can be opened by using the dialog OPEN. Thereby the player enables the user to open and play original experiments which were recorded with the recording software as well as eyetracking data which already were edited and evaluated with the analysis software.

Beside the usual playing of an eye-tracking video, the player offers the possibility to show the video forward or reverse in any velocity. For a systematic observation of certain eye-tracking sequences an analysis of the individual images is offered that allows the user to watch the eye-tracking video image by image, forward and reverse. Activating the loop function effects that a eye-tracking video is shown in an infinite loop. This, for example, avoids the continual restart of an interesting eye-tracking video at presentations or fairs.

For a systematic analysis of an eye-tracking video the player offers the possibility to select the display mode of the shown video. Thereby the following display modes are available:

  • Scene video: This mode shows the current fixation spot with a reticule in the image of the field of vision camera.
  • Blending mode: Here the image of the eye is transparently overlaid on the image of the field of vision camera and the fixation spot is additionally displayed with a reticule.
  • Eye video: With this display mode the eye camera's image is shown and the centre of the recognized pupil is marked with a reticule. Thus the user is able to analyze how the pupil reacts on external occurrences.
