Due to his sense organs the human being is perfectly suited for the evaluation of processes that need a subjective decision. The manual evaluation enables an image-to-image analysis. Hence, the highest resolution of the gaze data is available. This enables an exact interpretation of the results.

With the analysing software you can purify and evaluate the gained gaze data. The software runs on any commercial PC or laptop that meets the following demands:

• CPU faster than 2 GHz

• 1 GB RAM

• a hard disc storage unit that has enough space

• Windows XP OS

With the analysing software you can load the gaze data and execute the following operations.

Calibration Tool: Calibrate the gaze data after the test has been completed. If the calibration is wrong during the test, it can be readjusted with the offline software afterwards.

Eye Detection Tool: Optimize the pupil detection rate automatically or manually. You can also do that after the test. That is realized through writing the video recording of the eye onto the hard disk. Purify the pupil coordinates data in top quality. That enables an exact analysis of the pupil activity.

Trigger Tool: Define the gaze allocation to any area of interest (AOI). The System writes the trigger entries into the Excel-compatible journal file.

Video Cut Tool: Cut out any section of the gaze recording. These sections can be saved to the hard disk. Later you can use them for presentations.

Working with the analysing software, it is important that you never damage the original data. Always make local copies when you save.
